This week holds so much for me...not that most weeks don't, but this one is more exciting than usual. I have an interview tomorrow afternoon at a new coffee shop; I'm super excited about all the possibilities that one scribble on my calendar holds!! What if I get the job? Will I be able to continue at O'Charley's or will I quit? What if I don't get the job? What next?
I'm looking forward to running again. Last week I rolled my ankle and was only able to get 2 runs in all week; this week will be better. I'll feel more centered, more normal than I have these last couple weeks.
This week marks the first double I'll have volunteered to work at O'Charley's; I'm a little unsure that I want to be away in the evening for work, but right now we need the extra money. Sacrifices now will be reflected upon later in life when we're comfortable enough that sacrifices are (hopefully) no longer necessary.
This weekend Steve and I will be going to Freeze Out at Lake Ann Camp up north. This is my first time going on any youth event as a chaperone; I'm a little unsure of what to expect. I am excited for the opportunity to grow along with these great kids (and to go snowboarding on Saturday!)
Here's to the unknown...may this week be the best yet of 2009!
